When I got to meet tom walsh

 

 

In February I got to be a flag bearer at the Australia v New Zealand cricket t20. I was the only girl and I haled the Australia flag. At the end of the match I got to get a photo with tom walsh who is a New Zealand shot put athlete. He got bronze in the Olympics this year and at the last Olympics he took 3rd as well.

 This term  my class has been doing art this is what we started out with and then we in larded it I change the background to blue. It kind of looks like it but not so much.

Prototec Week 11 term

 

 This is this week's prototec and I had fun doing this because I can learn more maths as well as being in a maths group. Do you like doing prototec.

Cover Talk

 

 This term my reading group we had to written what we  can see what we prediction and any questions.  But I was not right they were hunting for eels. I liked doing this because I could look at a photo and see what was going on. What do like about this photo. I like the view it is really cool to see.

Anzacs at Suvla Bay

 

 

Today my class had to research a date/ event from WW1. We all got different events to search about and we were in buddies. Once we have completed them all we are going to create a Gallipoli timeline across the classroom.  Hope you  enjoy my work.

Toastie

 

 Yesterday me and and 4 kids did some cooking we got to pick something using 2 pieces  of bread and an open fridge and combed. I decided to make a toasties. This  is what I did for my recipe. Comment if you have done something like this.

Audio comic

 

 This  week my class had to do a audio comic  this is mine hope you enjoy. I liked doing the audio part because you get to say what  is written. check out my classmates blogs for theirs. 

Setting in me

 I am like a river i love being around a river.  

I like to go for a walk down there when its calm. 

I like watching the water from a river on a hot summer's day. 

I like the river because it smooths my  problems.

I like the relaxing sound of the river.

The Artefact Debate

 Today we we read about  Pompeii and how a volcano erupted in 79AD. Archeologists have found a 2000 year old chariot buried that is in good condition.

We had a big question and it was.Should artefacts be relocated or remain where they are found? 

I thought that it should be moved  because it could get covered again and if it is in a Museum it can get taken really good care of. It can not be robbed if the Museum has security they can't get in.

  Kia ora today my class did this we had to say we think is showing kindness  this is what I think  is kindness and what someone has done showing kindness to you. Being nice like smiling at someone that could make someone happy or could make someone's day.

When I was standing on a rocking chair I fell off of the rocking chair. I landed on my head when I was younger than 2. So I got right back up and my scared dad took me scared as well to the Hospital. Dr Barry said I was OK and we were able to go home.

 Kia ora this week we did our visual mihi I have some of my friends in the photos.This was really fun to do because I get to creat and then share with you guys. I love learning new languages so this was great to do. My favourite part was the end  result. Hope you enjoy my visual mihi.
