 This week my class has being learning about social media and what age you are allowed to have social media. There was 7 pieces of paper around the room. with 1 question on it and you could write on it if you want. This was our per reading task that we had to do.

 This is the  class room measurements.  We measured the tables and measured wall to wall in width and length of our classroom.

 

The World's Largest Lasagne

  

This week we have been learning about calculating perimeter and area. One of the tasks my class had to do was a jamboard about  the world's largest lasagne. We had to calculate the perimeter and area of this lasagne using the article's information. 

As  you can see it was a very big lasagne. The record  has not been broken. The record was done in 2012.

 Last term my class had to do an audio comic this is my audio comic. First we had to write what the white bite were saying. Then we put photos  of white bite. After that we do the audio.

What I think sunk the Titanic

What I think sunk the Titanic.

I think the way the Titanic sank was that there was a weak spot in the ship because of a fire. No one knew about it. The Titanic ran on coal. Once the ship hit the iceberg that weak spot got a hole and started to fill the ship in with water all of the passengers ran for their lives to get on the boats. The hole got bigger and bigger and the water filled the ship fast. As the ships nose was in the water  the ship snapped in half and sank. People to this day are still looking for the sunken ship.

What is a Pharaoh? A Pharaoh is a sacred King or Queen.

Pharaoh is the common title of the monarchs of ancient Egypt from the first dynasty until the annexation of Egypt. By the roman empire in 30 BC although the actual term pharaoh was not used contemporaneously for a ruler until Merneptah, c.

Who is the most famous Pharaoh?

The most famous Pharaoh is king Tutankhamun. He ascended the throne at the tender age of nine or 10 but his reign only lasted from 1332 Bc to 1323 Bc

What do Pharaohs wear?

Pharaohs wore half- pleated kilt wounds around the body with a pleated section drawn to the front. Pharaohs also wore, as symbols of power, leopard skins over their shoulders and a lion’s tail hanging from their belt. On their head they wore the nemes headdress while nobility wore the khat or head cloth.

What type of designs do Pharaohs wear?They like to wear detailed jewellery.headwear with Dengue rocks and heavy crowns.They also wear fake snakes on their heads with the crowns.

What type of j did Pharaohs wear?

Egyptians wore necklaces,  bracelets , heavy neck collars , pedants , earrings, rings and special buttons on their clothing. Wealthy Egyptians had jewelry made out of precious jewels and gold. The common people couldn’t afford these luxuries, so they wore jewelry made out of coloured beads.    

What are nemes? 

Nemes  were pieces of striped head cloth worn by Pharaohs in ancient Egypt. It covered the whole crown  and back of the head and nape of the neck sometimes also extending a little way down the back and had lappets. Two large flaps which hung down behind the ears and in front of both shoulders.
