 This is the  class room measurements.  We measured the tables and measured wall to wall in width and length of our classroom.

 

The World's Largest Lasagne

  

This week we have been learning about calculating perimeter and area. One of the tasks my class had to do was a jamboard about  the world's largest lasagne. We had to calculate the perimeter and area of this lasagne using the article's information. 

As  you can see it was a very big lasagne. The record  has not been broken. The record was done in 2012.

 Last term my class had to do an audio comic this is my audio comic. First we had to write what the white bite were saying. Then we put photos  of white bite. After that we do the audio. 

Fastest Ruler in the West DLO

 

 

Today my class had to have a buddy and we had a ruler. One of the people in the pair will drop the ruler  and the other person will try and catch the ruler three times.

Person one holds the ruler at the top of the ruler and person two puts their hand close to the ruler over the 0cm but not touching the ruler. When the person drops the ruler the other person has to catch it before it hits the floor.  You record the measurement on the ruler where they caught it.

You can do it in mm but I did it in cm.It is all about reflexes.
